Firstly, ECVV President Chen Dong welcomed the arrival of the Bahrain Royal Family. He pointed out that ECVV is an innovative cross-border e-commerce enterprise and proposed to develop the world’s most reliable B2B procurement platform for industrial products. In response to China’s strategic direction, ECVV has begun to lay out the “Belt and Road”strategy in 2015 to accelerate the promotion of international new procurement, new manufacturing, new finance and new technology processes, and create a sustainable ecological closed loop with data capabilities. The self-ecology has gradually upgraded to a service ecosystem for Chinese industrial products companies. We hoped to further strengthen communication and exchanges with Bahrain and realize cooperation through this meeting.

Subsequently, Chen Dong introduced ECVV’s cross-border e-commerce strategy for industrial products in emerging markets, determined the direction and strategy of overseas investment. We expected that 3-4 overseas branches will be established in 2020. Bahrain has important investment development prospects in gulf center and ECVV hopes to take this opportunity to establish a bridge for investment and trade cooperation between China and Bahrain.

After listening to the introduction of ECVV, His Royal Highness H.H. Sh. Salman Al-Khalifa expressed his gratitude for ECVV kind invitation and reception. He highly appreciated and supported for the “One Bel and One Road” initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping. The Kingdom of Bahrain will support ECVV with rent and local resources in the local area to help ECVV business go out in the future. Ali Al Mudaifa, Director of the Bahrain Manufacturing Transportation and Logistics Bureau, believes that Bahrain International Airport is carrying out a comprehensive modernization project, which is convenient for both local and international visitors to visit Bahrain. The convenient business environment makes the face-to-face communication more intuitive and convenient.

After this meeting, we believe that the unlimited potential for cooperation between the two sides, which will create more surprises for the ECVV internationalization strategy.

Bahrain has been an important node of the Silk Road since ancient times, and its origins with China have also begun with the Silk Road. Now the“One Belt, One Road” vision connects China and Bahrain closely once again .
